Although I am deathly afraid of real snakes (or anything slithery like worms, etc.), this IS the year of the snake so I am inspired! My boyfriend is year of the snake so it's a special year for him. I love wearing basics and then accessorizing on top. I also loveeeee this nail color, the jade color goes so well with the idea of the snake and also chinese culture.
This Alexander Wang bag is so cute! At first I thought it was for an ipad, in which case I'd ignore it because I'm not cool enough to have a tablet (I'm just jealous), but then I realized it's just a regular bag. I enjoy wearing baby pink, nudes, or pastels on the lips and nails when I wear monochrome colors in my clothing. It softens the whole look a bit.
I am a big fan of Rick Owens apocalyptic designs, so I was inspired to make a minimalist, ragged, but still feminine look around this shredded vest thing. I enjoy pieces that are made from high quality material, but still look like you could wear them at some dirty warehouse party.
ps. What do you think about these outfit inspo posts? They're time consuming so I'm trying to figure out if I should keep them going!
